- जाँच-पर्ची की दो प्रति (भर कर) साथ ले के जाये।
अगर आप काउन्सलिंग के लिए upgradation हेतु अगले राउंड के इच्छुक है तो आप reporting/ nodal center पर जा कर अपना डॉक्युमेंट वेरिफ़िकेशन कराने के बाद यदि आप आवंटित संस्थान में नामांकन के इच्छुक है तो अपना मूल प्रमाण पत्र संबंधित रिपोर्टिंग / नोडल सेंटर पर जमा करवा कर अपना अड्मिशन confirm कर सकते है। अनेथा अपना मूल प्रमाण पत्र के साथ document verification slip वापिस ले जाए ओर अगले राउंड में आवंटित सीट हेतु निर्धारित रिपोर्टिंग/ नोडल सेंटर पर सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्र साथ पूर्व में करवाए गए signed document verification slip अवश्य लाए ।
